TopNotch Partners was one of our earliest projects. TopNotch Partners is a PCB procurement 3rd party value-added service provider seeking to help western purchasers of PCB to find the right source in China. Our clients requested a simple to navigate site with a simple graphics and a professional feel. The site was built on the Joomla CMS platform making it both secure and easily updatable by the client after the projects completion.
